Reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Every effort will be made to honor your first choice of tour date and time, subject to seat availability.
Please be aware that scheduled tours and special events may be cancelled at any time due to minimum registration requirements,
or other circumstances at the sole discretion of the Host Committee.
In case of tour cancellation, a mutually agreed upon substitute tour may be made available or a full refund will be given.
All prices are in U.S. dollars - Funds in other currencies will not be accepted for payment

The window for cancellation ended on July 1, 2018.
Although refunds will not be provided, completing the cancellation form will assist the Host Committee
by providing a more accurate count and possibly offering your cancelled spot to someone on a waiting list.
All tours will depart from the Convention Center. Buses will depart at designated times.
All persons participating in a tour should arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Return times listed are an approximation and may fluctuate.
If you miss your departure time, there will be no refund.
Please indicate on your registration form if you or a member of your party will be using special equipment
or have service needs or dietary restrictions.
Our tour planner will endeavor to provide reasonable accommodations and access so that each of our guests will have an enjoyable experience!
